About Me
Sarah undertook an undergraduate degree in the History of Art with Material Studies at University College London and went on to train for her career in Conservation at the Courtauld Institute of Art, where she graduated in 2012.
Following her graduation she completed a six-month internship at Stichting Restauratie Atelier Limburg (SRAL) in Maastricht, Netherlands. She also went on to work at the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya (CSMVS) in Mumbai, completing the final stages of conservation on The Sword of Damocles by Antoine Dubost. Sarah worked in public institutions as well as private studios whilst based in London. She worked at Mark Roberts Conservation Ltd from 2014 - 2024, before taking over the business with fellow conservator Jennifer Young and becoming Freeman and Young Conservation Ltd.
